Tips for Chewy Puppies
Puppies and chewing. Two things that you cannot separate! make the transition time from old teeth to new smoother for both you and your put using these simple pieces of advice!
1.No matter what you do, do not give your puppy old shoes and socks to chew on. Remember that puppies cannot tell the difference between old and new. By giving them permission to chew your old shoes, you are making them think it is okay to prey on the newer ones too!
2. Keep all chewable items off the floor and out of your pup’s reach. Nothing will be spared from his chewing onsalught!
3.if you cannot keep an eye on your puppy for the moment, it is best to put him in a crate. You don’t want him running around chewing everything in sight!
4.Keep many chewing items inside the crate. If your puppy becomes bored while inside it, it might start chewing on the crate or on itself! Yikes!
5.When you find your puppy chewing on something she shouldn’t have been, take the item away immediately! Do not let th epuppy get attached to it. Hide it away so your puppy forgets about it!
