As spring rolls around, you may expect to suffer from bouts of hay fever or our usual spring allergies. Another thing you should expect is your dog to suffer from them too!

The blooming flowers and the pollen in the air can trigger allergies in your pet. Hay fever is generally manifested as itching in your dogs. Expect them to be irritable, itch, scratch and even bite! This can lead to sores which can become infections if left untreated!

If you feel your dog is showing signs of hay fever, cortisone can help. If not, take him to the vet for a skin allergy test to se what is really wrong with him and what particular allergy he suffers from!
