Life would be so much easier if our dogs could talk! But the reality is they can’t, and communication problems may sometimes arise! For example, how do we know if our dogs are in pain?

Here are general things to look out for:

* Being unusually quiet, listless, restless, or unresponsive
* Whining, whimpering, howling, or constantly meowing
* Biting
* Constantly licking or chewing at a particular part of the body
* Acting funny and out of character, either aggressively or submissively
* Flattening ears against the head Having trouble sleeping or eating
* Seeking a lot more affection than usual
* Unable to get comfortable (constantly changes positions to find the most comfortable position)

These are tell tale signs that there is something wrong with our pup. When this is the case, take him to the vet right away, so the problem cn be addressed asap!
